En el Grupo de Propiedades Mec\u00e1nicas y Transformaciones de Fase <\/strong>se\u00a0estudian las transformaciones de fase, difusivas y martens\u00edticas, y el comportamiento mec\u00e1nico de metales y aleaciones. Los materiales en estudio son particularmente aleaciones con memoria de forma base Cobre y aleaciones termoenvejecibles base Aluminio, tanto aleaciones comerciales como fabricadas en el Laboratorio con materiales de alta pureza, a partir de las cuales se obtienen monocristales<\/p>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_tta_accordion c_icon=”chevron” active_section=”1″][vc_tta_section title=”Transformaciones martens\u00edticas y difusivas con aleaciones con memoria de forma base Cu y Co.” tab_id=”1520966125753-b92914ce-55ce”][vc_column_text]Se estudian las caracter\u00edsticas de la transformaci\u00f3n martensitica, temperatura y tensiones cr\u00edticas, hist\u00e9resis, superelasticidad, etc., en funci\u00f3n de diversos aspectos microestructurales, precipitaci\u00f3n de fases de equilibrio, cin\u00e9tica de ordenamiento y estabilidad de fases, propiedades mec\u00e1nicas.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Precipitaci\u00f3n y propiedades mec\u00e1nicas de aleaciones termoenvejecibles base Al.” tab_id=”1520966125797-6ede048f-eea0″][vc_column_text]Se analizan los procesos de precipitaci\u00f3n en soluciones s\u00f3lidas sobresaturadas bajo tratamientos de envejecimiento m\u00faltiples, as\u00ed como el comportamiento mec\u00e1nico en funci\u00f3n de la microestructura, particularmente en presencia de las diversas fases metaestables posibles de obtener.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”C\u00e1lculo y simulaci\u00f3n de procesos en aleaciones.” tab_id=”1520966223257-99cfd1f7-ca11″][vc_column_text]Se realizan simulaciones de Monte Carlo de fen\u00f3menos de ordenamiento at\u00f3mico y magn\u00e9tico en materiales. Se aplican m\u00e9todos de c\u00e1lculo por primeros principios para estudiar la estabilidad relativa de fases en aleaciones.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Propiedades t\u00e9rmicas, qu\u00edmicas y mec\u00e1nicas de pol\u00edmeros y compuestos org\u00e1nicos.” tab_id=”1520966257119-17bf756f-e554″][vc_column_text]En el marco global de la ciencia de materiales, se trabaja en la comprensi\u00f3n de las relaciones estructura-propiedades de fibras naturales y polim\u00e9ricas, semillas, frutas, hortalizas y tejidos c\u00e1rnicos cuyas propiedades f\u00edsicas se modifican fuertemente seg\u00fan distintos tratamientos, naturales o inducidos.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Estudio de materiales de origen hist\u00f3rico.” tab_id=”1520966256558-e4925ac7-fe61″][vc_column_text]Se realizan estudios de caracterizaci\u00f3n y propiedades termo-mec\u00e1nicas de materiales provenientes de dep\u00f3sitos arqueol\u00f3gicos, en colaboraci\u00f3n con investigadores del Instituto de Investigaciones del Cuaternario Pampeano, Facultad de Ciencias Sociales, UNCPBA.<\/p>\n
